Alan S. Forman has built a successful record for his clients for more nearly four decades.  Alan is known for his perseverance, dedication, and compassion, not only for the law but also for his clients and their interests.  Alan enthusiastically shares his expertise with fellow attorneys and students of the law.

This is an exciting time for Alan.  After many years as a solo practitioner, he has closed his office to “go to work” for his daughter, Jenna, in her new law firm at Forman Clothier Law Group, LLC.

Alan is a member of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, the Maryland Bar Association, and American Bar Association.  Over the years he has been honored by the Anne Arundel Bar Association, receiving the Trustee of the Year award for making an outstanding contribution to the Bar Association and the legal profession.  Among other designations, he has been recognized as a SuperLawyer in Maryland, a Leading Lawyer by What’s Up Annapolis Magazine, “10 Best” by American Institute of Family Law Attorneys, “10 Best” American Institute of DUI/DWI Attorneys, and “Top 100” by The National Trial Lawyers.

Alan has extensive experience as a trial attorney throughout the State of Maryland as well as broad experience as a transaction attorney in the office in many areas of the law.  This versatility allows him to serve as a “one stop office” for all your legal needs.
